Returning Patients: Follow-Up Physiotherapy Visit Welcome back! If you've already been assessed at our clinic and are in need of a follow-up physiotherapy session with specific modalities, you're in the right place. During your rehabilitation, our physical therapist may use various modalities to help heal your injury or injuries. These modalities can include IFC (Interferential Current), Ultrasound, and more. Please select this option only if you are a returning patient who has previously received an initial assessment*. For new patients, we recommend clicking on 'Initial Physiotherapy' to begin your journey with us. To schedule your follow-up physiotherapy visit, please choose your preferred date and time. Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy 1. Appointment Scheduling: • Appointments can be scheduled by phone, email, or through our online booking system for new and private patients only. • To secure your appointment, we require a valid credit card on file, especially for first-time clients. 2. Cancellation and Rescheduling: • We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. • Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. 3. Late Arrival: • If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to avoid inconveniencing the next client. You will be charged for the full session. 4. No-Show Policy: • If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without notice, you will be considered a "no-show," and the full session fee will be charged to your credit card. 5.
