Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy 1. Appointment Scheduling Appointments can be scheduled by phone, email, or through our online booking system for new and private patients only. To secure your appointment, we require a valid credit card on file, especially for first-time clients. 2. Cancellation and Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call our clinic directly. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or changes. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Email, text, or online messages will not be accepted for cancellations or changes — phone calls only ensure we can assist you promptly. 3. Missed Appointments / No-Show Policy If you fail to cancel or reschedule your appointment by phone and do not attend, it will be considered as used, and you will be charged the full session fee. This includes appointments booked online that were not changed or canceled within the required timeframe. 4. Late Arrival If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid inconveniencing the next client, but you will still be charged for the full session.
